Deltek Insight is the industry leading event for project-focused professionals. It brings together Deltek’s customers, partners, and industry experts for a three-day learning and networking experience focused on Deltek solutions and the unique needs of project-focused businesses. More than 400 sessions of training, discussion of best practices, case studies and business strategy are offered. Insight is designed to maximize networking and engagement among attendees, with dedicated areas and programs, to connect people with the colleagues and topics most relevant to their interests.

Insight '08 will be held May 19 through May 22, 2008 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

The Call for Speakers closed on November 2nd. Please consider submitting one next year for Insight 2009.

Speaking at Insight is your chance to share your Deltek solution experiences and successes with your industry peers. Your experience as a Deltek customer, partner or industry expert will be invaluable to those attending Insight '08 and will provide them with the opportunity to:

Customers that are chosen to present attend for free! Complimentary registrations are only valid for Deltek customer speakers of approved breakout sessions. Co-presenters must register at the prevailing registration rate.

At Deltek Insight '08, you will find more than 200 sessions that qualify for continuing education credits. This provides you the opportunity to earn over 11 continuing education credits during the conference. Professional education credits will be available from the following organizations:

• American Institute of Architects (AIA) — LUH credits
• National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) — CPE credits
• National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) — PDH credits
• Project Management Institute — PDU credits
• Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) — CEU Credits

The Insight planning team is making significant improvements to the process to make it faster and more convenient for you to receive your Insight 2008 session credits and attendance acknowledgements.

To register for Deltek Insight '08, complete the online registration form at www.deltekinsight.com. Registration will open in early October 2007.

Yes. The first three full conference registrations are purchased by the same company at the prevailing registration fee. Full conference registrations four through ten purchased by the same company receive a discount of $150 per registration. All full conference registrations beyond ten purchased by the same company receive a discount of $250 per registration. If your company desires to participate in the group discount program, we’ll need several pieces of information — your company name, the name, address, email address and telephone number of a group discount contact person, and the estimated number of attendees. Once we have this information, you will be provided with a unique group discount code which must be entered during the online registration process when each company member registers and pays for their registration (even those registering for the first three full conference registrations). Guest tickets may be purchased for the Opening Reception, Expo Hall Party and final evening event and are required for entry. Guests are not permitted into the sessions, solutions pavilion or to conference breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks. Guest tickets are very popular, but also very limited, so we strongly recommend guest tickets are purchased in advance through the Insight '08 conference registration site. Yes. Substitutions can be made in writing to Deltek Insight Registration at info@deltekinsight.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrant and/or guest. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to May 5, 2008. Any change or cancellation of travel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant and/or guest. Please note that we cannot accept substitutions by phone.

You can cancel your registration and/or guest ticket by providing written notice to info@deltekinsight.com. If notified on or before March 30, 2008 you will receive a 100% refund. If notified between April 1, 2008 and April 16, 2008 you will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after April 16, 2008.

Your email confirmation, sent after you hit "Final Submit" on the online registration form, will serve as your receipt. For additional needed documentation, contact info@deltekinsight.com.

No, we are no longer accepting checks for Deltek Insight '08.

Acceptable methods of payments are check, credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover) or wire transfer. The confirmation letter you receive after registering is also your invoice if you selected "check" as the payment method. If your organization can only pay via Purchase Order please email info@deltekinsight.com for assistance

All attendees with conference badges will have access to the following meals:

• Monday, May 19 — Opening welcome reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres
• Tuesday, May 20 — Breakfast, lunch and cocktail reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres
• Wednesday, May 21 — Breakfast, lunch and buffet dinner
• Thursday, May 22 — Breakfast

Coffee breaks and small snacks will also be provided at various times during the event.

Guests are not permitted into the sessions, solutions pavilion or to conference breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks.

Gaylord Hotels are smoke-free facilities. There are designated outdoor smoking areas.

Any unauthorized recording of the presentations or demonstrations at Deltek Insight is strictly prohibited.

The attire for Deltek Insight is Business Casual.

No. The registration fee does not include travel and hotel accommodations.
