Deltek Insight is the industry leading event for project-focused professionals. It brings together Deltek’s customers, partners, and industry experts for a three-day learning and networking experience focused on Deltek solutions and the unique needs of project-focused businesses. More than 300 unique sessions of training, discussion of best practices, case studies and business strategy are offered. Insight is designed to maximize networking and engagement among attendees, with dedicated areas and programs, to connect people with the colleagues and topics most relevant to their interests.

Insight 2010 will be held May 17 through May 20, 2010 at the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center at the National Harbor located in Oxon Hill, MD – right outside of Washington, DC.

At Deltek Insight 2010, you will find more than 200 sessions that qualify for continuing education credits. This provides you the opportunity to earn over 11 continuing education credits during the conference. Professional education credits will be available from the following organizations:

• American Institute of Architects (AIA) — LUH credits
• National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) — CPE credits
• National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) — PDH credits
• Project Management Institute (PMI) — PDU credits
• Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) — CEU Credits

Session attendance letters are emailed to attendees who request credit acknowledgment letters within 4-6 weeks post-conference.

Guest tickets may be purchased for the Opening Reception and the final evening event and are required for entry. Guests are not permitted into the sessions, solutions pavilion or to conference breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks. Guest tickets are very popular, but also very limited, so we strongly recommend guest tickets are purchased in advance through the Insight 2010 conference registration site. Yes. Substitutions can be made in writing to Deltek Insight Registration at info@deltekinsight.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrant and/or guest. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to May 4, 2010. Any change or cancellation of travel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant and/or guest. Please note that we cannot accept substitutions by phone.

You can cancel your registration and/or guest ticket by providing written notice to Insight10@travelhq.com. All cancellations must be received in writing.

• A full refund will be issued for cancellations received prior to March 15, 2010.
• A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations received between March 15, 2010 and April 7, 2010.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations after April 7, 2010.
• Substitutions must be requested via Return Visitor Services or in writing to Insight10@travelhq.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrant.
• Substitutions may be made at any time prior to May 4, 2010.

If you pay by credit card, your statement will reflect "Maritz Travel" for the above conference fees.

Your email confirmation, sent after you hit "Final Submit" on the online registration form, will serve as your receipt. For additional needed documentation, contact info@deltekinsight.com.

Yes, however, please note that payments are made and sent to Deltek's event management services firm – not to Deltek. Checks sent directly to Deltek will cause delays in confirming your registration(s) and/or guest ticket(s). Make the check payable to Maritz Travel Company and mail or overnight to Attn: Deltek Insight 2010, c/o Financial Shared Services, 1355 North Highway Drive, Fenton, MO 63099. Invoice(s) must accompany the check, and the check must reference the attendee's name(s) and invoice number(s). Checks payable in full must be received within 10 days after you register or your conference registration will be canceled. All checks must be received by April 30, 2010.

Acceptable methods of payments are check, credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover) or wire transfer. The confirmation letter you receive after registering is also your invoice if you selected "check" as the payment method.

All attendees with Full Conference badges will have access to the following meals:

• Monday, May 17 — Opening welcome reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres
• Tuesday, May 18 — Breakfast and lunch
• Wednesday, May 19 — Breakfast, lunch and buffet dinner
• Thursday, May 20 — Breakfast

Coffee breaks and small snacks will also be provided at various times during the event. Guests are not permitted into the sessions, solutions pavilion or to conference breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks.

Gaylord Hotels are smoke-free facilities. There are designated outdoor smoking areas.

Any unauthorized recording of the presentations or demonstrations at Deltek Insight is strictly prohibited.

The attire for Deltek Insight is Business Casual.

Yes. In order to secure the negotiated conference hotel rate, please be sure to mention Deltek Insight 2010 when making your reservation.

No. The registration fee does not include travel and hotel accommodations.

The best airport is Reagan National Airport — the airport code is DCA. It is located approximately 15 minutes from the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center. Additionally, Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) are within a 45 minute drive.
